A Call For Embodiment
At the core of every man lives the feminine. The feminine is representative of life, and life is everything that is changing. The true feminine holds the qualities of Mother Nature: nurturance, allowance, acceptance. She is the embodiment of unconditional love.
When a man is disconnected from his core, he seeks externally for internal fulfillment. He moves from a place of extraction and neediness, with an energetic signature of take. From here, he learns to manipulate his identity and behaviors as an attempt to fulfill the core he has been conditioned to run from within.
Until a man learns the art of being with himself — to sit long enough in stillness to contact the God within himself — he will always chase externally for what he feels he is missing internally. He uses woman as an emotional support blanket, as she becomes his connection to feeling the feminine within himself. From here, he unconsciously projects his feminine onto her.
A man who has gone inward has learned to regulate and satiate his mind, body, cock, and energy with his awareness. He has learned to come into contact with undigested emotion and trauma and sit with himself long enough for the emotion within him to move. Emotion is energy in motion on its way to returning to supreme loving intelligence.
As he learns his own feminine nature, he learns how to relax his nervous system and become more meditative and calm within himself. He doesn’t have to grab at her or chase her. He learns how to relax within the feminine, which is Life.
He begins to meet woman from a place of wholeness rather than from the belief that something is missing. What makes a man appear externally masculine is that he has learned to honor his internal feminine with his presence. He brings his awareness to his internal world that is always changing — his thoughts, feelings, sensations, and perceptions. This connects him to the power of presence.
This is why it is so attractive for a feminine embodied woman to meet a man who brings her his attention, awareness, and energy. She can feel him, and he can feel her. Their energies together support one another in experiencing more safety, wholeness, and peace.
The epidemic of our time is that we have a society largely distracted and dissociated from what matters: love. The intimacy we crave is not some idealistic future, as the future happens nowhere other than our mind. The future we so desperately crave is in the willingness to feel what is happening right now.
Embodiment is the call of our time.
To let the overstimulated mind access refuge within our willingness to be with our bodies. As we learn to be with our bodies, we begin to feel all the places within that are contracted, gripping, and vibrating in fear.
For a man, his positive polarity center is within his root — his cock, pelvic floor, and hips. This is where he generates life-force. When he lives strictly from his head, he isn’t connected to the core of himself. The root connects into the feminine — into the earth, into life. The deeper he connects within his body, the deeper he connects with the feminine.
His sexual center is not simply about sexual arousal. He is relating to his body, his nervous system, the feminine at his core, and ultimately his life-force. Sex is life, and life is sex. He is here because of sex. It is the act of creation. How he relates to sex will impact every domain of his life.
How he relates to his sexual energy and his genitals will reveal how he relates to the feminine. He has to learn how to relax into his sexual center so his energy can move — so he can relax into the feminine without being overwhelmed by her.
The truth is that his greatest desire — to ravish a woman — may also bring him into contact with his greatest fear. This is where devotion becomes a deep respect for life.
A man is afraid of failure. He is afraid of facing the part of himself that feels inadequate, wrong, or bad. This is a deep wound around his identity — his identification with productivity, performance, and output. When he relates to life as though it is a task he has to complete and do a good job at, he is relating through his conditioned identity.
Presence is what shifts performance.
As he moves out of performance through presence, he will face his conditioning. He will need deeper levels of presence to face deeper levels of discomfort, trauma, and pain within himself. This is where the qualities of embodiment are required: compassion, safety, presence, patience, and peace.
Within his presence, he will access his purpose.
Presence brings him into the present moment, and the present moment is all that there is. When he is living in his head, trying to get to an idealistic future, that future exists only within his imagination. He perpetuates resistance and contraction by avoiding the present moment.
When he learns how to be in presence, he learns how to relax the contractions of fear, which guides him back into love.
Love is presence.
He can be with what is. He can relax his body and free himself of the dis-ease — the lack of ease — within his experience.
All that we are seeking externally is a deeper felt-sense experience within. Deeper peace, deeper purpose, and deeper love are cultivated felt-sense experiences. The more he connects with himself, the more he learns to trust life again. As he gives up control, he discovers that something greater is taking care of him.
Within every man is a lot of love and a lot of beauty. He deeply desires to feel that his existence has meaning. The yearning and longing within him are a call toward embodiment — toward connecting with the God Frequency within himself.
From this place, he learns how to relate to the feminine. His gift is his presence. He gives his consciousness. He gives his energy. He gives an energetic of wholeness, safety, and peace.
But this giving is not performance. It is not giving himself away in the hope that he will be worthy of receiving love. As he clarifies what he is as presence, he recognizes that he is not actually doing the giving.
It is the presence that gives.
Presence is an infinite wellspring within himself. He gifts the world his presence, which is, in nature, healing. He no longer has to move through life looking for what he can take to complete himself.
In presence, he endlessly wants to give because the quality of presence is simply to give.
